RETON

About Rexton

We find used beverage lines and buyers, backed by our founder’s experience.

A new name. 30 years in the trade.

Rexton was founded in 2026 to put an old network online. Our founder has supplied beverage equipment to drinks and can makers in China, from single machines to complete filling lines.

How we work

Small by design

Rexton is a small team. You deal directly with the people who make the decisions, from the first call to the handover. No account managers, no hand-offs.

A network, not a warehouse

We hold no stock. What we bring is the people: owners, dealers and engineers across China and our partner countries, who know where a line is before it is advertised. We work closely with a network of engineers in China and abroad, covering dismantling, logistics, installation and commissioning.

A specialist team for every line

Every turnkey project is carried out by engineers who specialise in that kind of line, engaged by us for the project. You sign one contract with Rexton for the work; each team signs with us for its part, and we answer to you for the whole contract.

Discretion by default

We never publish a plant, an owner or a buyer. Details change hands only after an NCNDA and the owner’s approval, and only through a person.

What we do

Find

A private registry of lines for sale, and a network of owners, dealers and engineers that reaches lines that are never advertised.

Verify

We check every line before we market it: photos, a running video or the owner’s confirmation. Lines their owners register with us are also assessed on site, once we agree terms, by an engineer we engage.

Deliver

Dismantling, shipping, customs, installation and commissioning, under one contract with Rexton.

Full rules

How the fee is set

Every line is different, so we agree a fixed fee for each line with you, in writing, before you introduce us to the owner.

Your claim

Your receipt code and its UTC timestamp record when you registered. If several people register the same line, the earliest registration we can confirm holds the claim. Later ones keep their place in a queue, in order of time, and move up if the earlier one can’t be confirmed within a few weeks. If we already had a line on file, we tell you.

No time limit

Your claim has no time limit. Your written fee confirmation sets which sale it covers.

Payment

We pay it in stages, by bank transfer, as we receive our commission for that line. Your fee confirmation sets the schedule.

What we publish

The nameplate, a short summary, known issues, and the close-up photos and running video the owner approves. Never the plant, the city, the owner, serial numbers or the price.

Staying anonymous

By default we don’t tell the owner who introduced the line. You can choose to be named.

Who we can’t pay

Employees of the owner, unless their employer agrees in writing, and anyone whose local law forbids the payment. Dealers are welcome on shared commission instead.

What we’re looking for

Equipment that is for sale now: complete PET aseptic, can filling and aseptic carton lines; aluminium can making and can end making lines; and their key machines, including preform and closure moulding machines. PET aseptic and can-filling lines and machines built before 2012 are welcome too: we assess their condition first and list only those that pass.

Proving the line

Before we list a line, we check that it exists. Photos, a video or other documents all help, and you can add them later on the status page. You don’t need to give us the owner’s contact to register.

Keeping it current

Please tell us as soon as the line is sold, moved or taken off the market. We’ll also ask you once a month, and you can answer on the status page in a few seconds.

Your protection

We sign a fee confirmation with you before you introduce us to the owner. It sets your fixed fee for this line and binds us to it: we won’t go around you to the owner to avoid paying it. You introduce us to the owner yourself, so you stay part of every step.

Know a buyer?

If you know a company that is buying a line, introduce it to us. If it buys through Rexton, we pay you an introduction fee, agreed in writing. The first introduction we can confirm counts: a real purchase project, and a way to reach the person who decides.
